45-minute high intensity circuit using kettlebells, barbells and plyometrics for Fat Burn and Weight Loss. Suggested 3x week.
BUILD45
Full Body Strength 45-minute targeted workout program aimed at improving pull ups, push ups, squats and deadlift strength for upper & lower body definition. Suggested 2-3x week + nutrition.
MEND45
45-minute functional fitness using whole body movements to strengthen muscular slings and improve mobility. Suggested addition to regular strength training 1-2x week.
