You'll be participating in partner training sessions, where two people share one trainer during a single time slot. Enjoy $15 off every training session with your partner! Can't think of someone to workout with? Get paired with a new teammate! Teammates are paired based on: Goal Alignment: Same goals, same workouts! Endurance & Conditioning Levels: Similar fitness levels will be paired for friendly competition, but keeping it to beginner, intermediate or advanced levels of training. Injury History: IEstablishes mobility and flexibility capacity for body control and range of motion. Weight Lifting and Plyometrics Goals: develop the ability to control objects and produce controlled power lifts.
