
Ready for the 20-Minute Fat Burner workout? First, set a timer for 20 minutes. This will allow you to stay focused and give maximum effort for the entirety of the workout.
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Battle Ropes
- 10-12kg Kettlebell
The Workout
10 overhead slams
10 alternating wave battle ropes (left & right = 1 rep)
10 Kettlebell swings
Complete 10 reps of each exercise, one after the other. Try to complete as many rounds as possible before the timer goes off!
